- You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
- After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

In our application process we will qualify in 4 areas.
1. Verifiable income must be a gross 2.5 times the monthly rent.
2. Verifiable rental history of a minimum of 6 months.
3. Credit must be in good standings
4. Criminal no felonies or misdemeanors against person, or property.
The charge for the credit application for residency is $40.80 per single person
